I just wanted to write to you personally to thank you all so much for the help you gave my parents with their move to Devon. I believe your team may still be on their way back now.

My parents, Alex and Irene have been so nervous about the move, especially after it happened at short notice and they were most worried about the packing and leaving the house! The last time they moved was 33 years ago, to the house your team just emptied.

They have been telling me how exceptional your guys were. I’m sorry I forgot to ask for their names. Nick was the main point of contact and was extremely helpful. The team agreed to an earlier start than usual as they had a deadline to meet with picking up their keys with the estate
agent in Devon and they agreed to arrive a little later today after an unbelievable faff with the agents yesterday and almost no key!

They had the house packed up and unpacked so quickly and I could tell when talking to my parents on the phone that they were just relaxed and happy. I was unable to go with them now as I’m working.

Fantastic level of service from start to finish. The team were so helpful and kind. They packed up the house in just over three hours and had it unpacked again in around 2, after a drive from Bletchley to Devon.

We recently moved house in Welwyn Garden City and thankfully had the help with the removal from Alltime Removals. The team arrived at 8.30am. They dismantled our wooden bed frames, covered all our furniture with film to protect it and did countless trips backwards and forwards to pack and unpack their vans. Comments: Very professional company, from the minute we called the Alltime offices the communication we first experienced was clear and concise, we booked for someone to come to our property. Nick came out to us and talked us through the whole process informing us of things we never would have known. He was very transparent giving us some great advice. We had previously used a removal company but had not had a good experience. I searched for movers in Dunstable and came across the AIM website and found Alltime Removals.
My wife was very happy with Nick’s professionalism he was able to give us a price there and then. He informed us that as he was walking around with his tablet taking an inventory that he was also completing a risk assessment, something the previous company had not even mentioned.
When the team arrived on move day, they were all uniformed and introduced themselves with smiles on their faces which put us all at ease.
They chatted with us for about 5 minutes detailing to us how they were going to carry out the move and were considerate enough to ask if there were any special requirements that we preferred before they started.
They then carried out the move Mark and Steve started to clear the upstairs while the other Mark began wrapping all the furniture.
We were astonished by this as our previous removal company did nothing of the sort. Mark used covers on all the mattresses, he began wrapping our wooden bed in removal blankets, he then cover our dining table and chairs in these really thick covers, he did the same with the sofas.
The attention to detail was astonishing, once the vehicles were loaded the team made arrangements to meet us at our new property, asking us if it was ok if they stopped off for lunch on the way.
They actually arrived at our property before we did having had their lunch.
They then proceeded to unload all our belongings into the house, they assembled all our furniture and made some suggestions as how to arrange the furniture which was better than we could of done lol. The team left us with only boxes to unpack.
Absolutely fantastic service.
Our only gripe is that we wished we had taken the pack service as it took us forever and we are sure they would have made it an efficient pain free process.

Full pack and move from Watford to Derbyshire

We are new to the UK (from Australia 12 months ago) and did not know who to choose to help us move into our new place. After reading and listening to the testimonials we chose Alltime, and I am so glad we did. I had very detailed chats and emails in preparation for our move, as well as confirmations before and on the day regarding when the fellows were arriving. The three men moving our items were all extremely polite, efficient and very patient. They asked about each item individually regarding where it was to go, and how it was to be placed etc.

There was never a time when they sounded tired, rushed or annoyed (we have had that before!). There were no breaks either every 10 minutes, they just had a good overview at the start, then went until the truck was loaded. We then had a quick cuppa, then straight around to the new place and all unpacked. The timeframe was something we could not believe either, started at 12 pm, finished before 4 pm – out, and then in – all done. I could not praise the fellows who were on the job enough, and the main office contact Nick was great too. I will definitely be recommending these guys, and if I need too, using them again. So I was a stressed mess come moving day. The guys came in and had my whole home packed in vans in less than 2 hours! I was gobsmacked, as I am very hoardy in nature and there was a lot of stuff! Sorry it has taken me so long to give feedback! Thankfully, Alltime’s services are much more efficient than me. From start to finish, Nick and his team gave a hugely professional service. Nick made detailed notes during the quotation visit, making me feel that he really understood my needs. He was patient in the lead up to the move, when I was ringing almost daily to update him on potential date changes, and ask for his advice. On the day of the move itself, the team leader was Steve, who was extremely approachable, and managed his team with good humour and effectiveness. Steve himself dismantled and rebuilt both our double and triple wardrobes in record time, with not a scratch on them (thanks, Steve!). The other guys in the team (five guys on each day for a four bedroomed house, thanks to you all!) worked non-stop over two days to pack our belongings and deliver them safely to our new house – and they didn’t complain, even though the new house has three storey’s and I have more heavy books than lightweight clothes! When I’d finished unpacking a few months later, Nick was more than happy to come and pick up the empty boxes – he is very good at making you feel special and valued as a client. Nick was quick to arrange a survey during which he was thorough, informative and very reassuring – the final quote was very competitive. On the day, a friendly team of 4 arrived on time. We arrived to find chaos, with the house I was moving into still full of furniture, because the chap I bought from made the mistake of employing cowboys, so we had hours to wait. Having picked the wettest day to move, and our garden turning into a mud bath, our removers turned up on time! Complete with rolls of heavy duty felt to make a walkway around our house to keep our white carpets – white and mud free!
