Nick came out and did a quote and had the quote back to us within a few hours. The booking process was quick, easy and friendly. The day before the move the team came into do a full pack on the house and they were great. Efficient in their job and labelling up boxes clearly so it was so easy to unpack at the other end. The team came back on the next day and made the day so easy. They were friendly, relaxed and explained everything they were doing as we went through the day which really put us at ease. The team were punctual and very efficient in their work. They loaded up their vans in 2 hours and were very patient while we had to wait for the keys to the new house to be released. They were very respectful and careful with our belongings. Great service and excellent quality of work. Arranging the house move to be done by Alltime Removals was a GODSEND! Nick is very approachable and easy to talk to. Whenever I called, the staff were friendly and helpful. The night before the move I fell very ill, so without the guys we would have been lost. Our 2 bedroom house was moved in no time. The guys that came on the day of the move were so nice as well. Price was lower than expected but that might be because we didn’t move very far. Would 100% recommend!
