• Quote enquiries that do not lead to a booking: 12 months
• Customer records for completed moves: 6 to 7 years for accounting and insurance

After this, we securely delete or anonymise it.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access is limited to staff who need it to do their job.
