What house removals do not take in Welwyn Hatfield
Most removal companies, ours included, do not carry hazardous items on a domestic move. That covers petrol and diesel cans, gas bottles, fireworks, paint thinners and live ammunition. Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council operates a household waste recycling centre and runs a bulky waste collection that handles most of these safely.
Live plants and aquariums travel at the customer’s risk. Frozen food usually does not survive a long load and unload. Anything irreplaceable, including jewellery, passports, share certificates and digital backups, should ride with you in the car rather than the lorry.
