Every job starts with a free home survey. An adviser visits your property, walks each room, and notes access conditions, parking constraints on your grid road or estate, and anything that needs dismantling before it moves. The written quote that follows is agreed before you commit, and jobs are planned around a typical 8 to 10 hour moving day.
We carry full goods-in-transit and public liability insurance on every move, and furniture is wrapped in Defenda Guard protective covers before it goes onto the vehicle.

Keyes and Campbell Park properties vary between wide-fronted detached houses with drives and townhouses with shared courts and no direct van access. The adviser notes this at the visit rather than assuming from the postcode.

We do not publish fixed prices because every job is different. The main variables are volume, access, distance, and whether storage is needed alongside the removal.
Volume is the primary driver. A one-bedroom flat and a five-bedroom detached in Emerson Valley need different crew sizes and vehicles, so our advisers take a room-by-room inventory and the quote reflects what is actually there.
Access adds cost when it adds time. Narrow estate roads in the 1970s grid squares, CMK loading restrictions and communal lift bookings all affect how long the job takes.
Storage adds a rate by cubic foot on top of the removal charge. The adviser prices both at the same visit, so you receive one written quote covering the full operation. The free home survey is the only accurate way to price your move.
